Terms and conditions
Version 1.0, November 2026
Pending legal review
This text is complete and applies as published, but it is still being reviewed by a lawyer. If that review leads to changes that affect you, we will announce them in the way these documents describe for changes.
These terms and conditions apply to every account, order and delivery of Virtual Home Stage. Virtual Home Stage is a trading name of Virtual Home Stage, to be published before launch, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number to be published before launch, VAT number to be published before launch.
Virtual Home Stage virtually stages property photos for estate agents and other businesses. The staging is generated with AI image models, and every result is checked and approved by a person before it is delivered. These terms set out what we deliver, what we promise when something goes wrong, and what we ask of you when you publish the images.
Our data processing agreement, our privacy notice, our refund and cancellation policy and our AI and image transparency statement are published on this site. The data processing agreement and the refund and cancellation policy form part of these terms.
Definitions
In these terms:
- “we”, “us” and “our” mean Virtual Home Stage, trading as Virtual Home Stage;
- “you” and “customer” mean the business that creates an account or places an order, and everyone who uses the account on its behalf;
- “account” means your customer account on our site and in the customer portal;
- “order” means an instruction to virtually stage one or more photos you supply, placed through the site or agreed with us in writing;
- “original” means a photo as you supply it;
- “result” means the virtually staged image we deliver for an original, including any revised version;
- “market” means the country where the property is offered for sale or rent, as you select it in the order (the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, the United Kingdom or the United States);
- “label” means the visible text burned into every result, in the language of the market, stating that the image has been virtually staged with AI;
- “provenance data” means the information in the file of a result stating how it was made;
- “review log” means our record of who approved each result, when, on which checklist points and for which file;
- “credits” means prepaid units in your account, where one credit pays for one photo;
- “office plan” means a credit package for one agency that is agreed individually and paid by invoice;
- “working day” means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in the Netherlands.
Scope and business customers only
These terms apply to every offer, quote, order and delivery by us, and to the use of your account. You accept them by ticking the box at checkout when you place an order or buy credits; we record which version you accepted. Your own purchasing or other terms do not apply, even if you refer to them, unless we have accepted them in writing.
We supply only to businesses acting in the course of their trade, business or profession. We do not supply to consumers. By creating an account or placing an order you confirm that you act for a business and that you are authorised to bind it.
If you are established in the European Union, you must provide a valid VAT number. We check it in VIES, the European Commission's VAT number validation system, when you enter it and again later if VIES could not be reached. Outside the EU we ask for a company or tax number where one exists.
If it turns out that you are not a business, or that a VAT number you gave is invalid or not yours, we may refuse new orders and suspend open ones. We refund what you paid for anything not yet delivered.
If these terms conflict with another document, the following order applies: first a written agreement signed by both parties (such as an office plan agreement), then the data processing agreement for anything concerning personal data, then these terms, then the refund and cancellation policy, then the information on our site.
Your account
You sign in with a link or code sent to your email address, or with Google or Microsoft where we offer that. You keep access to your mailbox and any connected sign-in secure, and you tell us straight away at hello@virtualhomestage.com if you think someone else has gained access.
You make sure that the company details in your account (company name, billing address, country and VAT number) are correct and complete. We use them for invoices and for VAT.
Everything done through your account counts as done by you. You are responsible for the colleagues you let use it.
We may place an order on behalf of your agency at your request, for example a free trial. We may then create a sign-in for your agency's email address without sending an email. These terms apply to such an order as soon as you use the result.
The service and how the images are made
We virtually stage interior rooms in property photos: an AI image model adds furniture and decor to your photo and, where you ask for it and we offer it, first removes existing items. You choose the market, the style and the type of room, and you can add a short instruction per photo.
Every result is checked and approved by a person before delivery, against a fixed six-point checklist: walls, windows, doors, floor, ceiling and view are unchanged; the furniture is correct in size and placement; light and shadow suit the room; there are no image errors such as distorted objects or bent lines; the style matches the other rooms of the property; and the resolution is at least that of the original, up to 4K. If a result does not pass, we generate a new version or do not deliver that photo.
Every approval is recorded in the review log. Our system refuses to deliver a photo without a recorded approval for exactly that file. There is no automatic approval, also not when we are busy: if necessary we deliver late and the late-delivery remedy applies. The human check does not replace the label: under the EU AI Act, an image that a person has checked must still be labelled as made with AI.
A result is an impression of how a room could be furnished. The furniture and decor shown are not part of the property and are not offered with it.
We use third-party AI image models to generate results. We choose and may change the models we use, provided they meet the requirements in our data processing agreement. Our AI and image transparency statement explains the process in more detail.
Ordering and acceptance
You place an order by uploading photos in the order flow, choosing the market, style and room for each photo, and paying. Photos must be JPG, PNG or HEIC, at least 1600 pixels on the long side and no larger than 40 MB. An order holds at most 60 photos.
A price shown on the site, in the order flow or in a saved quote is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A saved quote link is valid for 14 days and shows list prices; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you pay.
The contract for an order is concluded when your payment is confirmed, or when you pay with credits or a valid free photo code. For SEPA Direct Debit, payment is confirmed when Stripe confirms that the payment has succeeded, which can take a few working days.
We may refuse an order or an individual photo before or after payment if the photo is unsuitable for staging (for example too dark, too small or showing an exterior), if it is unlawful or infringes the rights of others, or if the order would breach these terms. We tell you why and refund what you paid for the refused photo.
We may pause new orders temporarily, for example for maintenance. We show this on the site. Orders already paid continue as normal.
Orders that are never paid are deleted, with their photos, 90 days after they were started.
Prices, VAT and payment
Our prices are those on the pricing page at the time you pay. All prices exclude VAT. You pay in the currency of the country of your office: pounds sterling for the United Kingdom, US dollars for the United States and euros for all other countries.
VAT is charged as follows. Customers established in the Netherlands pay Dutch VAT. For customers established in another EU member state with a VAT number that is valid in VIES, we charge no VAT: the VAT is reverse charged (“reverse charge”, Article 196 of the EU VAT Directive) and you account for it in your own country. For customers outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, we charge no Dutch VAT; you account for any local VAT, GST or sales tax that applies to you, unless the law requires us to charge it, in which case we add it to the invoice. If you do not have a valid EU VAT number when one is required, we may charge Dutch VAT or refuse the order.
If it later turns out that VAT should have been charged, for example because a VAT number was not valid on the date of supply or the details in your account were wrong, we may invoice the VAT afterwards and you will pay it.
You pay in advance through Stripe, our payment provider, with the payment methods shown at checkout (cards for all currencies; iDEAL, Bancontact and SEPA Direct Debit for euro payments), or with credits or a free photo code. The office plan is paid by invoice.
Your invoices are electronic. They are generated by Stripe and available in your account.
If a payment fails or is reversed, including through a chargeback, we may suspend delivery, downloads and new orders until the amount has been paid. Please contact us before you start a chargeback; we resolve most problems faster directly.
Credits
You can buy credits in bundles in your account. One credit pays for one photo. Revisions never cost credits.
Credits are valid for 12 months from the moment they are purchased or granted. This also applies to credits we grant for a late delivery. Unused credits expire at the end of that period. We send you a reminder before credits expire. When you pay with credits, we use the credits that expire soonest first.
Credits belong to the account that bought or received them. They cannot be transferred to another business and, except in the cases set out in these terms and in the refund and cancellation policy, cannot be exchanged for money.
While a checkout is open, the credits and any free photo code you use for it are reserved. If the payment fails or the checkout expires, they are returned to your balance.
Office plan
The office plan gives one agency 150 credits, valid for 12 months. We agree it with you individually and send an invoice with a payment term of 14 days. The credits are added to your account as soon as the invoice is paid.
If you do not pay the invoice on time, we may send a reminder and, after the reminder period, charge statutory commercial interest under Dutch law (or, for customers in the United Kingdom, the statutory interest that would otherwise apply, if higher) and reasonable collection costs.
Free first photo and trial codes
We may offer a free first photo, which appears in your account after you sign in and is applied at checkout, or a trial code, which you enter at checkout or receive in a link. Each offer can be used once per agency. We identify an agency by its VAT number and by the domain of its business email address. An account with a free email address (such as Gmail or Outlook) can use the free photo only in an order of at least two photos.
A code is valid for the period stated with it (14 days for the free first photo on our site). We may end a campaign at any time; a code already issued remains valid until it expires.
A free photo is checked, labelled and delivered like any other photo. The late-delivery credit and the money-back guarantee do not apply to free photos or to free orders we place on behalf of an agency, because nothing was paid for them. Revisions do apply.
We may refuse or revoke a code that is used in breach of these conditions, for example by creating several accounts for one agency.
Delivery and late delivery
We deliver within 24 hours of confirmed payment, weekends included. For SEPA Direct Debit, the 24 hours start when the payment is confirmed.
We deliver by email with a link to a download page, and in your account. For each photo you receive the labelled result and the original. The download link in the delivery email is valid for 60 days; after that you can download the files from your account for as long as we keep them.
If a paid photo has not been delivered within 24 hours, we automatically credit one credit to your account for that photo, valid for 12 months, and tell you by email. We still deliver the photo. If you prefer your money back for that photo instead, ask us within 30 days of the email and before you use the credit; we then refund the amount you paid for that photo and withdraw the credit. The amount paid for a photo is the order amount divided by the number of paid photos in the order or, for a photo paid with credits, the price you paid per credit.
This remedy applies whatever the cause of the delay, unless the delay is caused by you, for example because a photo had to be refused or replaced. It applies only to photos paid for with money or credits. A late revision does not give a credit, because revisions are free.
The late-delivery credit, or the refund instead of it, is your sole remedy for late delivery, also when the delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control. This does not limit our liability for intent or wilful recklessness.
Revisions
You can request free revisions of a result for up to 60 days after the first delivery of that photo. Delivery of a revised version does not extend that period. We deliver every revision within 12 hours of your request.
A revision concerns the result of your original instruction, such as different furniture, a correction or a better fit with the room. A different instruction, such as another style, another room type or another photo, is a new order.
While a revision is in progress, the previously delivered version remains available for download.
Quality guarantees and money back
We guarantee that, in every result, walls, windows, doors, floors, ceilings and views are unchanged compared with the original. If they have changed nevertheless, we redo the photo free of charge, also after the revision period.
We show furniture at true scale and use one style per property. Where the order flow lets you group photos of the same room and you do so, every photo of that room shows the same furniture.
If a result is not usable and a revision does not fix it, you get your money back for that photo, or your credit back if you paid with a credit, as you choose. Ask for this at hello@virtualhomestage.com within the revision period of 60 days after the first delivery of that photo. A result is not usable if it does not meet the guarantees above or the checklist in the section on the service, contains clearly visible image errors, or is refused by a portal for a reason that lies with the image and not with the way it was published.
These guarantees, revisions and the remedies in the refund and cancellation policy are your sole remedies for the quality of a result. Apart from them, we do not warrant that a result will meet a particular taste, will be accepted by a particular portal or regulator, or will help sell or let the property.
Label and provenance data
Every result carries a visible label in the bottom right corner, in the language of the market you selected. We never deliver a result without a label, in any market and not even on request, and we do not offer an option to leave it out. Because the result is made with AI, Article 50(4) of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), which applies from 2 August 2026, requires us, as the deployer of the AI system, to disclose that the image has been artificially generated or manipulated, also when the result is used outside the EU. The label and the provenance data are intended to meet that obligation and the rules of portals and industry bodies as we understand them on the date of these terms. Rules differ per market and may change; see the section on publication.
The labels are currently:
- Netherlands: “AI-impressie”;
- Germany: “Virtuell eingerichtet – KI-Visualisierung”;
- France: “Projection d'aménagement réalisée par IA – mobilier non présent”;
- Italy: “Home staging virtuale – immagine elaborata con IA”;
- United Kingdom and United States: “Virtually staged · AI”.
We may change the wording of a label if the law, a regulator, a portal or an industry body requires it. Every label keeps the word “AI”, or “KI” or “IA” in German, French and Italian. The new wording applies to results delivered after the change, and we tell you by email.
Every result file contains provenance data: the IPTC field Digital Source Type with the value for a composite with trained algorithmic media, and a description in the language of the market stating that the furnishing was generated with AI and approved by a person. We remove other metadata, such as camera and location data, from the result. Where an image model embeds its own provenance marking in the image itself, such as an invisible watermark, we keep it and do not deliberately remove it. Many portals and social media remove metadata when a file is uploaded, so the visible label is what tells buyers and tenants that the image has been made with AI.
You must not remove, cover (for example with a logo, text or a portal badge), crop out, shrink, blur or otherwise make the label less visible, and you must not remove or alter the provenance data, also not when resizing or converting a result. You impose the same obligation in writing on anyone to whom you give a result, such as portals, feed providers, publishers, photographers, the seller or the landlord.
If a portal or MLS asks for its own disclosure in addition, add that disclosure; do not remove ours.
Publication and your responsibility
You decide where and how you publish a result, and you remain responsible for your listing, towards buyers, tenants, the seller or landlord, portals, industry bodies and regulators. That includes checking every result before you publish it.
Publish results only with the label visible and, where the rules of a portal, an industry body or the law require it, together with the original or other current, accurate photos of the property. In particular, as far as we know at the date of these terms:
- Netherlands: Funda and the NVM require AI-edited images to be clearly labelled in each image itself, and the NVM asks you to check every image before you publish it. On Funda, and under the NVM rules, an AI-edited image may not be the main photo, except for new-build projects, so use an ordinary photo of the property as the main photo;
- Germany, France and Italy: the AI Act and the national rules against misleading commercial practices apply; portals such as ImmoScout24, SeLoger, Immobiliare.it and idealista may have their own rules;
- United Kingdom: Rightmove requires AI or otherwise enhanced images to be clearly labelled and accompanied by a current, accurate photo of the same room, so publish the original we deliver; the consumer protection rules of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 apply to material information in listings;
- United States: the NAR Code of Ethics requires a true picture in advertising, and MLS rules vary. In California, Business and Professions Code section 10140.8 (Assembly Bill 723, in force since 1 January 2026) requires a broker or salesperson who uses a digitally altered image in advertising to place a reasonably conspicuous statement on or next to the image that it has been altered, and to provide a link or QR code to a publicly accessible place where the unaltered original can be viewed; on a website you control, include the original or a link to it. For US properties we provide a public link to each original that you can use for this. Many MLSs have their own rules: CRMLS, for example, requires the original to be displayed immediately before or after the altered image and a disclosure such as “Virtually Staged” in the photo's text field, and forbids altering elements of the property such as paint colour, flooring, landscaping and views through windows. Add your MLS's own disclosure where it asks for one, in addition to our label.
Rules differ per market, portal and MLS and may change. We design every result and its label to meet the rules described in these terms, but we do not guarantee that a particular portal, MLS, industry body or regulator will accept a result, or that publishing it complies with the law in your market. If you are unsure, check the rules of the portal or MLS concerned.
Prohibited use
You must not use the service or any result:
- to mislead buyers or tenants about the property, for example by presenting the furniture as included, by suggesting that a room is larger than it is, or by hiding defects;
- without the label, or with the label or provenance data removed or altered;
- for a property other than the one shown in the original;
- with photos you do not have the right to use or to have edited, or that contain unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory content;
- with photos that show people in an identifiable way, children, special categories of personal data or confidential documents, unless that cannot reasonably be avoided;
- to test, copy, scrape or overload our systems, to get around a rate limit, or to obtain free photos or trial codes in breach of their conditions.
We may refuse photos, suspend your account or end the contract if you act in breach of this section, as described below.
Your photos and your warranties
You warrant that:
- you own the photos you supply, or have obtained from the photographer and any other rights holder the right to have them edited in this way, including adding and removing items, and to publish the edited results, and the photographer does not object to these alterations;
- the owner or occupant of the property has agreed to the photos being taken, edited and published, where that is required;
- any reference images you upload (for example for a style) may be used for that purpose;
- you have a lawful basis for any personal data in the photos and other material you supply, and you have removed people, names, documents and other identifiable details where you reasonably could.
You keep all rights you have in the originals. You give us a non-exclusive licence to store, copy, process and edit them, and to pass them to our sub-processors, only to the extent needed to perform your orders, to keep the review log and to comply with the law.
You indemnify us against claims of third parties, including photographers and other rights holders, and the reasonable costs of defending them, arising from a breach of these warranties, from use of a result in breach of the sections on labels, publication and prohibited use, or from the content of your listings.
Licence to the results
When you have paid for a photo, or as soon as we deliver a free photo, we grant you a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide and royalty-free licence to use, copy, edit, resize, publish and distribute the result for any lawful purpose, in particular to market the property for sale or rent and to present your agency, in any medium, including portals, social media and print. You may grant sub-licences for the same purposes, under the same conditions, to the seller or landlord, to portals and listing services, to your photographer, to the suppliers and publishers who work for you on the listing, and to another agent who takes over the property.
The licence is non-exclusive because we cannot stop an image model from generating similar furniture for others. However, we will not use, sell or license a result or your original to anyone else, and we will not use it ourselves except to provide the service to you, unless you agree in writing.
The licence applies only with the label visible and the provenance data intact. The rights in the label, our templates and our software remain ours.
In many countries, images generated with AI do not attract copyright, or only to a limited extent. We do not guarantee that copyright exists in the AI-generated elements of a result, or that you will be able to enforce copyright in it against third parties. Insofar as intellectual property rights in a result arise for us, we assign them to you upon payment, and we will sign a separate deed of assignment on request; insofar as an assignment is not possible or not effective, the licence in this section applies.
If a third party claims that a result infringes its rights, for example because a piece of furniture shown resembles a protected design, and the claim is not caused by the supplied photo or your instructions, we will replace the result or refund what you paid for it. The section on liability applies to any further liability.
Our use of your material and confidentiality
We do not use your originals or results as examples, in advertising, in our own marketing or to train image models, and we do not allow our image model providers to use them for training, unless you give your prior written consent. Our image model providers process your photos under paid service terms that do not allow them to use the content for training.
We treat your originals, results, instructions and order details as confidential. Only staff who review photos or administer the service have access, and only to the extent needed.
We publish a review or testimonial of yours only with your consent, as you gave it to us, and with a note if the order was free or part of our founding programme. Our review policy explains how we ask for, publish and count reviews. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at hello@virtualhomestage.com; we then remove it from our site.
Download links, share links and public links
Download and share links are valid for 60 days. Anyone who has a link can see and download the results and originals behind it, so share links only with people who should have them. You can revoke a link in your account at any time.
For properties in the United States, we create a public link to each original, without camera or location data, that you can add to your listing. These links are publicly accessible and remain online for 24 months; if your listing stays online longer, host the original yourself before the link expires.
Files are only available for as long as we keep them under the next section. Download the files you want to keep.
Retention and deletion of files
- We delete originals, results, working copies and reference images 12 months after delivery.
- For properties in the United States, the original and the copy behind the public link remain available for 24 months. If your listing is still online after that, download the original and host it yourself before the link expires.
- Orders that were never paid are deleted together with their photos 90 days after they were started.
- We keep the review log for 5 years. It contains no images, only metadata such as who approved, when and on which points, and hashes (digital fingerprints) of the files.
You can ask us to delete files earlier, unless the order is still open. The privacy notice and the data processing agreement contain the full retention periods.
Personal data
For personal data in the photos, reference images and order details you supply, you are the controller and we are your processor. Our data processing agreement applies and forms part of these terms.
For the data of your account, your contact persons, payments and invoices, we are the controller. Our privacy notice explains how we handle that data.
Liability
Our total liability arising from or in connection with these terms and all orders, on whatever legal basis, is limited to EUR 2,500 or the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, whichever is higher. For photos paid with credits, the amount paid is what you paid for those credits.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost commission, a delayed or failed sale or letting, loss of reputation, or fines, sanctions or measures imposed by portals, industry bodies or regulators. We are not liable for loss resulting from the label or provenance data being removed or altered, from publication in breach of these terms, or from photos or instructions you supplied.
A claim for damages must be made in writing within 12 months after you became aware, or could reasonably have become aware, of the facts on which it is based; otherwise it lapses.
These limitations do not apply to the extent that the loss is caused by intent or wilful recklessness (opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid) on the part of our management, and they do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Force majeure
We are not in breach of our obligations if we cannot perform them because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as an outage or change of service of our hosting, storage, payment or image model providers, a failure of the internet or the power supply, a cyber attack, an epidemic, war, government measures or a strike.
The late-delivery credit still applies in such a case. If force majeure lasts longer than 30 days, either party may cancel the orders affected; we then refund what you paid for photos not yet delivered.
Suspension
We may suspend new orders, deliveries or access to your account, in whole or in part, if:
- a payment fails, is reversed or is not made on time;
- your VAT number turns out to be invalid when it is checked again;
- we reasonably suspect a breach of the sections on labels, publication, prohibited use or your warranties;
- it is necessary to protect the security of the service or other customers, or the law or a regulator requires it.
We tell you why, unless the law does not allow that, and we lift the suspension as soon as the reason has gone. Orders already paid and not affected by the reason continue.
Term and termination
These terms apply for as long as you have an account or an open order. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time in your account settings or at hello@virtualhomestage.com. We delete it once all open orders have been completed. Unused credits lapse when the account is deleted, except as set out in the refund and cancellation policy.
We may end the contract and close your account with immediate effect by written notice if you materially breach these terms and do not remedy the breach within 14 days of our notice (or straight away if the breach cannot be remedied, such as removing labels or misleading use), or if you become insolvent or cease trading.
We may also end the contract for any other reason with 30 days' notice. In that case we complete open orders and refund the value of unused paid credits that are still valid.
The sections on labels, publication, prohibited use, your warranties, the licence, confidentiality, retention, liability, governing law and any other provision that by its nature should survive, continue to apply after the contract ends.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may develop and change the service, provided that the main characteristics of a paid order do not change to your detriment.
We may change these terms. We announce any change that affects you at least 30 days in advance by email and on this page, except where a change is required by law or a regulator, in which case it may apply sooner. Orders placed before the change remain subject to the terms that applied when they were placed.
If you do not agree with a change, you may end the contract before it takes effect; we then refund the value of unused paid credits that are still valid. If you keep using the service after the change takes effect, the new terms apply.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or a complaint, contact us at hello@virtualhomestage.com with your order number. We respond within five working days and try to resolve it with you before either party takes further steps.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and every order, and any non-contractual obligation arising from them, are governed by Dutch law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the District Court of Amsterdam (Rechtbank Amsterdam), the Netherlands. We may also bring a claim for payment before the competent court where you are established.
Mandatory rules of the law of your country continue to apply to the extent they cannot be set aside by a choice of law.
Customers in the United Kingdom and the United States
For customers in the United Kingdom: you confirm that the limitations of liability in these terms are reasonable, given the price of the service, the guarantees and remedies we provide and the availability of insurance to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. A person who is not a party to these terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of them.
For customers in the United States: apart from the guarantees expressly set out in these terms, the service and the results are provided “as is”. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You are responsible for complying with the rules of your MLS, your state's real estate licensing rules and fair housing law when you publish a result.
Customers in all markets pay prices excluding VAT and other taxes as set out in the section on prices, VAT and payment.
General provisions
These terms, together with the documents they refer to and any written agreement for an office plan, form the entire agreement between you and us about the service.
If a provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes as close as possible to its purpose.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to a successor of our business, provided we tell you and your rights are not reduced.
We may send notices to the email address of your account. You send notices to hello@virtualhomestage.com. Our electronic records, including the review log and payment records, count as evidence unless you prove otherwise.
If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up.
These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English text prevails.
