Yes. All prices on this site are excl. VAT, because we only work for businesses. Businesses in the Netherlands pay 21% Dutch VAT. For businesses elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number, which we check, the VAT is reverse charged. For businesses outside the EU, including the UK, we charge no Dutch VAT. Your invoice shows the VAT that applies to your business.
You buy credits in advance for 20 photos ($279) or 50 photos ($599). One photo costs one credit; revisions never cost credits. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Request a revision on that photo, with a short comment on what should change. You can do this up to 60 days after delivery, as often as needed and always free of charge. Every revision is ready within 12 hours.
Yes. If you cannot use a photo, even after a revision, you get your money or credits back for that photo. Ask within the 60-day revision period. This applies to paid photos.
