Accessibility statement
Everyone at an agency should be able to order, check and download photos, whatever they use to browse. This page says how far we are and how to reach us when something gets in your way.
The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, on the public site, in the order form and in your account.
We have reviewed the site ourselves; an independent audit has not been done yet. Until it has, we do not claim full conformance.
What we checked
In our own review of Nov 2, 2026, against WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Form fields: a visible label that screen readers announce, and autofill for personal details.
- Error messages on the public forms: shown next to the field and linked to it.
- Data tables: column and row headers, and a caption.
- Colour contrast of every text and control colour against its background, calculated.
- Keyboard use: every control reachable, a clearly visible focus ring, and the before-and-after slider working with the arrow keys.
- Page language: declared on every page, so screen readers pronounce the text correctly.
What we changed after the review
Stronger field borders
The edges of form fields were too faint to see. They now have a darker border with enough contrast against the page.
Darker terracotta for small text
Our terracotta accent was slightly too light for small text. Small text now uses a darker shade that meets the contrast requirement.
Messages that stay
Notifications are announced by screen readers, and error messages stay on screen until you close them.
What is not finished
We would rather tell you than have you find out.
No independent audit yet
Our review was done by our own team, not by an independent auditor.
Not every screen reader tested
We have not yet tested every combination of screen reader and browser. If yours gets stuck somewhere, please tell us.
Something not working for you?
Tell us what you were trying to do, on which page, and what you use to browse. If you need a document or a photo in another format, ask us as well.
