From upload to delivery in 24 hours
You upload the photos of one property, choose a style and say what needs doing for each photo. Every photo is checked and approved by a person before delivery. Everything is ready within 24 hours, weekends included.
When you order
You upload the photos per property
One order is one property. You drag the photos in: JPG, PNG or HEIC straight from your phone, with a long side of at least 1600 pixels and no more than 40 MB per file. If a photo is too small, you see why straight away.

You choose a style and the market
One style for the whole property, so all the photos go together. You also choose where the property is for sale. The market sets the language of the label in the photo, not the language of this site.
Per photo
You choose the room and the task
For each photo you say which room it is, from living room to attic, and what needs doing: stage an empty room, or declutter and stage a lived-in room. Both cost the same. If you want to mention something, write it in a short comment.
Ideally, upload one photo per room. That way each room gets its own calm staging.
Before delivery
A person checks every photo
Every photo is checked by a person against six fixed points before delivery. Only when all six are right is the photo approved. Otherwise it is made again.
Within 24 hours
You get the photos with label and original
You receive an email with a download page. For each photo it has the staged version, with the label in the bottom right of the image, and the original, plus everything together in one zip. The 24 hours count from your payment, weekends included.
Up to 60 days
Revisions are free
If something is not as you want it, click revise on that photo and write what should change. Every revision is ready within 12 hours and costs nothing, up to 60 days after delivery.
What every photo is checked for
A photo is only delivered once it has been approved on all six points. That way, what you are selling really is the property that is there.
- Walls, windows, doors, floor, ceiling and view are unchanged.
- The furniture is correct in size and placement.
- Light and shadow suit the room.
- There are no image errors, such as distorted objects or bent lines.
- The style matches the other rooms of the property.
- The resolution is at least as high as the original, up to 4K.
Six styles to choose from
You choose one style per property. If in doubt, choose what suits the building and the buyer you are looking for.
Scandinavian
Light wood, white and soft greys. Simple, calm and bright.
Modern
Clean lines, neutral colours and a single warm accent.
Japandi
Natural materials, low furniture and earth tones. Few things, lots of calm.
Industrial
Dark metal, leather and rugged wood. Suits lofts and high ceilings.
Country
Warm wood, linen and soft greens. Cosy without feeling busy.
Classic
Timeless furniture, dark wood and warm fabrics. Suits older buildings.
What you receive
The staged photo with label
The label sits in the bottom right of the image, in the language of the market and readable on a phone. That way every buyer can see the photo has been virtually staged.
The original
With every photo you get the original too, so you can also show the room as it is.
